We want to hear from you
We’re committed to open and meaningful engagement with the local community. Your views matter and we want to make sure they play a central role in shaping our plans for the site.
By listening to residents, community groups and other stakeholders, we can better understand what’s important locally – whether that’s housing, green space, transport or sustainability. This feedback will help guide and improve our proposals before we submit a planning application to South Kesteven District Council and Rutland County Council.
Online survey
We recently carried out a consultation to understand local priorities and gather feedback from the community on our vision for the site. The consultation closed on Monday 24th November 2025. The feedback we received is really important and, where possible, will be used to inform our plans as they develop. Although the consultation has closed, you can still share any thoughts or concerns with us by emailing info@erminefields.co.uk.
Community drop-in event
We’re hosting a drop-in consultation event, providing a great opportunity for you to learn more about our proposals, ask questions and share your thoughts.
