Introduction
A new housing development with community at its heart
Inspired by Stamford’s distinctive architecture, we’re proposing a new community called Ermine Fields, with up to 250 new homes. Situated just northwest of Stamford, this development will form a natural extension of the town, connected by roads and footpaths to the town centre and close to the A1.
We understand the importance of Stamford’s historical legacy. Our vision is to deliver a new community that respects and enhances the town’s historic character. Alongside a range of homes, Ermine Fields will include play spaces, public parkland, and enhanced links to Great Casterton and surrounding areas, all while enhancing biodiversity and promoting long-term sustainability.
